Appointments
At Eden Day Spa, we want to fulfill everyone's request for treatment. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A major credit card is required to ensure a reservation.

Cancellations
We request a 24 hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full fee on your charge card.no exceptions

Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are valid for a period one year from the purchase date. However, extensions may be granted if requested prior to the expiration date. No refunds are granted for gift certificates.

Series Purchases
When purchasing services in a discounted series or package, no refunds are granted after the purchase is made
